BeaNaturel Return Policy
At BeaNaturel, we want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you encounter any issues with a product, we invite you to contact us via email at info@beanaturel.com, so we can assist in making it right.
We evaluate returns case by case and make decisions at our discretion. We may provide various solutions, such as usage tips, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, to resolve issues. You must initiate any returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be lightly used and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of products of from our Tools & Extras Collection: brushes, mask bowls, soap savers, cotton rounds/set, exfoliating soap caddy. We also do not accept returns or refunds for our Sample & Discovery Sets.
Please note the following:
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for opened and mostly used products.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return shipping label to be deducted from the original transaction amount.
- Return shipping must include tracking to ensure the return process can be accurately documented and confirmed.
- BeaNaturel is not responsible for return items lost by the delivery carrier during return transit.
Returns Process
To start the return process, reach out to our customer support at info@beanaturel.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds won't be issued after this period. Please include your order number, the product name, and the reason for return.
- After evaluating your request, our customer support team will send you a return label via email, if your return is approved.
- Package the product securely and use your own return label or the provided return label to ship it back within 7 days. Any attempts to return an item after the 7 day grace period will be a forfeiture of the return transaction.
- Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria, we'll proceed with processing your return and/or refund.
Credits and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll proceed with processing it, deducting the return shipping costs, if we purchased a self addressed return shipping label for your return. If a refund is warranted, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
We’re a small, family-run business, and every skincare product we make is handcrafted with care. For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell returned skincare items once they’ve left our shop. To help us cover the costs of processing and responsibly handling these returns, a 10% restocking fee applies.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, kindly follow the return procedure outlined above and indicate in your initial message that you're seeking an exchange. Upon approval of your return, we'll either dispatch your replacement product or issue you a store credit. You can utilize this credit to order any product of your choice.
USPS Delays
We may use USPS for your shipment. The United States Postal Service (USPS) can experience significant delays and disruptions in service due to various factors. These delays can impact the timely delivery of packages and may cause delays in tracking information updates. Unfortunately, the delays and tracking information discrepancies are beyond our control, as they are directly related to USPS operations.

Changes in Appearance or Consistency During Shipment
Our tallow skincare products aren't fortified with heavy waxes or emulsifiers, so they might undergo melting or consistency changes during shipping, due to temperature variations. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products affected by temperature alterations, as this is outside our control. However, rest assured that despite any changes in appearance, the potency of the product remains unaffected. This includes products that may see contents separate, and after a good stir, are good to go.

Please be aware that while our skincare products offer exceptional nourishment for your skin, they may differ from conventional skincare items you've used before. We've meticulously crafted our products to closely mirror nature's essence, believing in the enduring benefits they offer your skin.
