Shipping Policy

Our products are made on a rotating schedule, depending on demand. When you place an order, it may be between batches, which will affect the time before shipping. To ensure you receive the freshest inventory, some products may even be made to order. Every item is guaranteed to ship within 3-5 business days (or faster), unless otherwise noted, i.e. Pre-Orders.

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. Please contact us at info@beanaturel.com, if you require a different shipping carrier.

International Shipping with a 3rd Party Shipper
At this time, BeaNaturel does not ship directly to addresses outside of the United States. For our international customers, we recommend using a trusted third-party shipping service such as MYUS.com. Many of our customers from around the world have used MYUS.com and have been very satisfied with their service. Conveniently, MYUS.com is located right here in Sarasota, Florida—just like us—so your BeaNaturel orders can be delivered to them quickly, and they’ll take care of getting your package to you wherever you are.

Items not received but marked as “Delivered” per carrier tracking

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and up to date. You may need to update this information within your account or profile settings.

If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting your local post office (or UPS, if used) and speaking directly with your postal carrier, providing them with the tracking number for further assistance.

Please note: BeaNaturel is not responsible for orders that are lost or may have been stolen after delivery has been confirmed within the tracking details. This issue tends to occur more frequently during the holiday season. To help prevent theft, we strongly encourage customers to have their orders shipped to a secure location.
